Discovery Elementary School

Dear Discovery Community, 

 

Welcome Students, Parents, and Staff to the 2024-2025 school year. We are very excited to be starting a new school year and to be welcoming our Rockets back onto campus!

 

I am also excited to get to serve Discovery Elementary School as your principal for a second year and to continue to work with the Discovery team! I have had the privilege of serving the Lancaster School District for 12 years and look forward to continuing to build relationships with our Discovery Rockets, our families and the Lancaster School District community.

 

I believe that by working collaboratively with all school community stakeholders including students, parents, staff and administrators, each and every student can excel and reach academic excellence. Furthermore, I believe that every student deserves a positive and engaging educational experience that teaches them that learning is both enjoyable and vital to our future.

 

I am committed to serving and supporting our students, parents and staff to ensure that students have access to a positive, productive, and meaningful learning and working environment that will ensure student achievement and academic success.

My door is always open to ALL and I encourage you to not hesitate if you happen to have anything to share with me. Whether it be a triumph, concern, an idea, or even a Latté, I always welcome you to stop by. See you soon!
